your page. Your clients fill up the order form which is automatically forwarded
to your e-mail address. SAMPLE
Note: This form is not intended for secure credit cards processing. Set

- FORM #2. Add a safe Credit Card Order
Form, which is printed by your client and then faxed or mailed to you.
SAMPLE Set up - $20.

- Both forms will be published on your master page.
If you would like a form as a link from your master page, add an additional
$20. Sample of a page which
has the order form #1 as a link. Same can be done with form #2.
